With that same heart for service, excellence, and care, we created Homeys to help families uncover the invisible risks hiding in their homes.
Our mission is simple: make homes healthy by identifying and resolving the most common air and water issues that quietly impact families every day.
The idea for Homeys was born out of real experience. A close friend of one of our founders, Mark, lived through a frustrating and frightening journey after moving into a new home. Despite being a healthy mom of four and a former college athlete, she began suffering from brain fog, burning throat, watery eyes, and constant fatigue.
Doctors couldn’t explain it, and multiple tests on the home showed nothing wrong. For months, she and her family felt helpless. Finally, after extensive lab work, the true culprit was revealed: hidden mold in the HVAC system—something every prior test had missed. Once identified and resolved, her health returned, and her family could finally live in their home without fear.
That experience changed everything. It showed how critical it is to evaluate your home regularly—not just when problems surface—because the biggest threats are often the ones you can’t see.
